Summer Day Camp: Our very poplar summer membership program is back! For only $790.00  your child will experience a full summer of sports, outdoor activities, strength training, cooperative games, and much more! Due to the popularity of our summer program we will only accept 200 new members on a first come, first serve basis.

New Evening Only Membership: Taking Summer School in the Daytime?
“The Edge” Evening Only Volleyball membership is a great alternative for players that can not participate in our daytime programs. This program is for ages 7-9U, 10-12U, 13-14U, and 15-18U age groups. Have the best of both worlds by taking our volleyball classes from 4:30pm-8:45pm Monday thru Thursday.

Summer Day Camp Format

Summer Format: Our summer program is 12-weeks long starting Monday June 4th and ending Friday August 31st. Weekly programs are comprised of:

  • Early Drop-off from 7:00am-8:00am (Additional $5.00 fee pre child)
  • AM Sports Camp from 8:30am-12:30pm
  • Lunch Break  from 12:30-1:30pm for all campers
  • Parent choice of two to three different PM sports, dance, or arts and crafts activities from 1:30pm-3:30pm
  • Snack and Wind Down activities for all campers from 3:30-4:30pm
  • Evening volleyball and strength training classes for late pick-up campers 4:30pm-7:30pm (FREE!!)

Parents must provide their child with a good breakfast, bag lunch, two snacks and a water bottle.  Campers must be dressed in loose fitting workout clothes, a 1st String T-shirt, name tag,  proper athletics shoes, and a towel. No exception will be made if your child does not bring items listed they CAN NOT participant in any summer activities.

When you are registering your child please be sure to list an emergency contact, any medical condition and/or medication your child takes, and if your child has asthma, food allergies, outdoor based allergies, or any other conditions that can be exacerbated by exercise.

Summer Evening Format

Class Format: Our program is designed for player to participate in two to three classes per day. We highly recommend that your child participate in at least two strength training classes per week. All class will start with 5-mins of ball handling based on the skill covered that session, and end with 5-mins of static stretches.
1st String Athletics coaches hold advanced degrees in Kinesiology, and at least 5 years of coaching experience. Our facility has all the necessary equipment and court-space to implement our training program in its entirety, helping to ensure athletes a healthy and successful season.

  • 7-9U = For players born between December 31st 2005 and September 1st 2002.
  • 10-12U = For player born between August 31st 2002 and September 1st 2000.
  • 13+ = For players born before September 1st 1997.
  • 15+ = For players born after August 31st 1997.

Age limitation are strictly adhered to. All student must be 10-mins early for all strength training classes. No late students will be allowed to participate. All student must be wearing a 1st String t-shirt and proper footwear.
